About Us
I’m Roxanne Turowsky, Owner & Founder of Giggle Gardens Learning Center, proud mother of four amazing children and grandmother to two sweet grandchildren. I am 1 of 8 children of Cuban immigrants. Armed with an Associates degree in Early Childhood Education and Administration, I began my ECE career in 1996 as a family child care provider, boasting over 25 years in the industry. My dream of owning my own childcare center came to fruition in June of 1999, I opened up the first Giggle Gardens center in Springfield, MA. In 2008 I purchased a 5-story building in the Old Hill neighborhood of Springfield so I could continue to serve the Springfield community in a deeper way.
I consider myself fortunate that we've played an integral part in the development of so many incredible children and their families, and I look forward to many more decades of serving you in these Springfield-area communities we call home.

Giggle Gardens Splash Pad Is Here!
Exciting changes came to Giggle Gardens Learning Center. We had opened our latest new project, the construction of this amazing Giggle Gardens Splash Pad. The splash pad has fun features for kids of all ages at our center. We strive to have a safe and fun facility for all of our children. This will be the best summer yet!
